We want to continue growing and for this reason we need to incorporate a HEAD OF AGA FOUNDRY, who wants to be part of a dynamic team, working for an international project and in a process of growth and expansion for the coming years.

The main goal of this position is to optimize and standardieze production processes

Your role:

- Identify the incidences in order to improve the processes
- Manage the quality of the production.
- Analyze and standardize the processes
- Propose improvements
- Operative trainngins
- KPI and quality objectives

Requisitos

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?

You will rock at this role if you have:

Creative and postive attitude.
Great desire to learn and contribute nwe knowledge to the company.

Between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position.
High level of English (for negotiation and communication with international clients).
Excel knowledge.
Ability to relate to people.

Analytical ability.
